All products sold by NexaPep are intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes. They are not for human consumption and are not drugs, food, or cosmetics. Products must not be used in any diagnostic or therapeutic application.
Eligibility
By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or institution legally permitted to handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
You agree to handle all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and recognized laboratory safety standards. You assume full responsibility for the proper, lawful, and safe use of all materials.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received prior to shipment.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days. Opened or reconstituted vials are non-returnable due to the sensitive nature of research materials.
Limitation of Liability
NexaPep shall not be liable for any damages arising from the misuse of products. Products are provided 'as is' for research purposes without warranty of fitness for any particular non-research purpose.
